Service Description

The Pantry Makeover is the most efficient food and health coaching method. It is an interactive home consultation during which, you and your family will learn how to read a nutrition label, which foods to consider replacing with healthier options, insightful cooking and shopping tips, and more! Let me help you clean out your pantry and your fridge and jump-start your health and wellness. The session includes: • A guide to reading and understanding food labels • Grocery Shopping List • Substitutions Guide • A list of the most common items to avoid in processed foods Cost: $40/session (1 hour and 30 minutes) For an extra $20, I can accompany you to your favorite store and I’ll help you identify healthy foods and navigate without getting intimidated by the multitude of choices on the aisles. You will receive a suggested brand(s) shopping list and personalized attention during this fun shopping trip.
